Greater Deposit Insurance with ICS® and CDARS®
ICS®, the Insured Cash Sweep service, and CDARS®, the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service, are smart, profit-enhancing solutions.
With ICS® we can offer access to multi-million dollar FDIC insurance on funds placed into both demand deposit accounts or money market deposit accounts.
Put excess cash balances to work by placing funds into demand deposit accounts using the ICS® demand option, into money market deposit accounts using the ICS® savings options, or into both.1
Enjoy peace of mind
Your ICS® funds are eligible for multi-million dollar protection that is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. ICS® is a smart, secure and convenient way to safeguard your large deposits.
The ICS® demand option offers daily liquidity through unlimited program withdrawals. The ICS® savings option offers access to funds through up to six program withdrawals each month. Your funds can be placed using either or both ICS® options to best match your cash management and liquidity needs.1
CDARS® is the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service, and it’s the easiest, most convenient way to enjoy full FDIC insurance on deposit amounts larger than $250,000.
Everything is handled through PAB. Your large deposit is broken into smaller amounts and placed with other banks that are members of a special network. Then, those member banks issue CDs in amounts under $250,000, so that your entire investment is eligible for FDIC insurance.1
With CDARS® you earn one rate on your entire investment.
You receive one statement from us listing all of your CDs, along with the issuing banks, maturity dates, interest earned, and other details. It’s that simple.
